Job summary

True Anomaly is seeking a Contract Administrator to manage subcontracts and ensure smooth execution of the company’s missions in space security. This position focuses on maintaining accurate contract documentation, supporting compliance, and coordinating across internal teams.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree and 2–4 years of relevant experience. The role offers a base salary of $60,000 to $90,000 plus benefits.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in contract administration or procurement.
• Ability to manage multiple contracts and deadlines.
• Experience in aerospace, defense, or technology environment.

Responsibilities

• Administer subcontracts, NDAs, and change orders.
• Support the development of standard contract templates.
• Track contract milestones and deliverables.

Skills

Familiarity with FAR, DFARS, ITAR

Strong organizational skills

Proficiency in contract management systems

Education
