Job summary

Trusted Space, LLC is seeking a Technical Baseline Manager (Systems Engineer) to lead large-scale space systems engineering initiatives in a hybrid Aurora, CO environment. You will develop and manage technical baselines, specifications, CONOPS, and test plans with 4+ years of experience and a Bachelor’s degree or higher.

The role requires secret clearance, experience coordinating with stakeholders, and proficiency with MBSE, SysML, and DoD standards. Competitive compensation and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher and 4+ years’ experience in space systems engineering or related field.
• Experience leading requirements and interface management for major programs.
• Experience coordinating and presenting technical changes across large stakeholder groups through review boards.
• Proficiency with MBSE approaches and system definitions.
• Knowledge of IEEE 15288 standards and DoD 5000 series is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale space systems engineering, integration, and development programs.
• Develop and manage technical specifications, ICDs, CONOPS, architectural designs, and test plans.
• Coordinate and present technical changes across stakeholders through reviews.
• Maintain configuration control and engineering change processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams using MBSE tools.
