Job summary

STI-TEC specializes in government and commercial info management services and seeks a senior system architect for Space Systems Command. The role emphasizes DoD space programs, system architecture, and integrated cyber safeguards.

The candidate will lead modeling, simulations, and studies, interfacing with national security programs. U.S. citizenship and a TS/SCI clearance are required, with a master’s in a related field and 15+ years of experience.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship is required.
• Active TS/SCI clearance or eligibility is required.
• Current CI polygraph or willingness to take one is required.
• Earned Master’s degree in a system architecture-related discipline.
• At least 15 years of relevant system analysis experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage System of Systems Interface Control Documents including hardware and software.
• Broad experience with TT&C, Command and Control, and data transport for space systems.
• Architect and guide federated SOA on private/hybrid cloud; oversee cloud resources and IaC deployments.
• Support maturation of DevSecOps pipelines and infrastructure as code deployments.
• Interface with cyber and DoD intelligence communities for mission assurance.
• Provide modeling and simulation support for space defense efforts.
• Lead analyses of alternatives and concept of operation studies.
