E-Space in Arlington, TX is hiring a Supply Chain Product Manager to own procurement, inventory control and delivery for assigned programs. You will manage supplier relationships, track KPIs, and oversee demand forecasting and production planning to ensure reliable service.

The role emphasizes hands-on execution with no direct reports, occasional supplier travel, and collaboration with engineering and program teams to meet objectives.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting U.S. government programs and familiarity with OTA, FAR/DFARS-adjacent requirements.
• Operational supply chain experience including procurement, inventory, and production planning.
• Direct purchasing experience with end-to-end order management.
• Hands-on ERP experience for procurement, PO management, and item master data.
• Ability to discuss technical concepts and trade-offs with internal and external partners.
• Ability to coordinate with engineering, design, and program management to deliver on-time products/services.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills using data to guide decisions.
• Experience developing and executing project plans within budget and schedule constraints.
• Track record operating in ambiguous environments and scaling processes.
• Ability to review Bills of Materials and craft supply chain strategies.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end procurement for programs, including creating part numbers and placing POs.
• Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, and distributors.
• Manage inventory to ensure availability while minimizing excess stock.
• Track KPIs: inventory turnover, fill rates, on-time delivery.
• Monitor demand forecasting and production planning for efficiency.
• Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives to improve efficiency and profitability.
• Analyze price changes and impact on cost baselines.
• Collaborate with Program Management to resolve supply chain issues affecting delivery.
• Prepare and distribute reports for operational needs.
• Address quality control issues to ensure compliance with standards.
• Review BOMs to identify long-lead/high-risk items and craft strategies.
• Develop and execute project plans across multiple concurrent programs.
