ispace US, based in Englewood, Colorado, seeks a Manager, Supply Chain to build and lead the U.S. supply chain organization, coordinating buyers, planners, and logistics staff while ensuring flight hardware procurement meets schedule, cost, and quality.

You will work with engineers to source parts, manage suppliers, and enforce FAR/DFARS and ITAR/export controls, DPAS ratings, and export classifications, while building scalable processes for a growing space program.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in a related field.
• 10+ years in supply chain, procurement, or subcontracts, with 4+ years in leadership.
• Hands-on FAR/DFARS and ITAR/export control experience.
• Proven supplier management, negotiation, and issue resolution.
• Experience with ERP/MRP and supply chain metrics.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the procurement strategy for flight hardware, materials, electronics, and subcontracts.
• Source, qualify, and manage suppliers; negotiate terms and lead times.
• Develop supplier scorecards, assessments, and performance improvements.
• Ensure export controls and ITAR compliance across procurement and logistics.
• Collaborate with engineering to align material availability with builds.
