Job summary

Stoke Space is offering Summer 2027 internships at our Kent, WA location. You will work on real, open-ended problems with mentorship from seasoned engineers, gaining hands-on experience across multiple teams including Boltline, Vehicle Software, and Data.

These internships require full-time onsite work for 10–14 consecutive weeks starting in May 2027, with compensation across multiple educational levels and clear pathways to ownership of rocket products.

Qualifications

• Pursuing Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in STEM field.
• Project-level experience with Python, C, or Rust.
• Exceptional command of engineering fundamentals.
• Hands-on engineering experience through internships, personal projects, work, or teams.
• Ability to manage a complex technical project and take it through execution.
• Ability to learn and apply state of the art techniques to technical projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Able to work full-time, onsite for a minimum of 10-14 consecutive weeks starting in May 2027.

Responsibilities

• Work on real, open-ended problems that directly contribute to the company’s success.
• Collaborate with mentors and other engineers to apply knowledge and grow skills on high-impact projects.
