Job summary

Blue Origin seeks a Project Implementation Manager for its Facilities, Maintenance, and Security Operations. You will coordinate real property transactions from initial due diligence through lease execution and occupancy, partnering with Engineering, Construction, Operations, and Legal.

Strong scheduling and sign-off oversight are essential. The role requires leading Landlord's Work inspections, managing budgets and milestones, and traveling 25%–50% to sites for due diligence and commissioning

Qualifications

• Experience leading complex real estate projects from due diligence to occupancy.
• Strong scheduling, risk tracking, and milestone reporting.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead due diligence for real estate sites and transmission of findings.
• Coordinate Landlord's Work scope, inspections, and sign-off activities.
• Develop and manage master project schedules and milestones.
• Track schedule performance and drive corrective actions.
• Serve as primary coordinator across transactions with internal and external stakeholders.
