Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 2 years' experience, or Master's degree with 0 years' experience.
• Active Top Secret/SCI clearance with Poly.
• Experience using Confluence, Jira, and SharePoint or similar tools.
• Ability to perform in a program analysis, project control, financial analysis, or related program support role.
• Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, or Business Process Reengineering (BPR) or similar frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Supports day-to-day program management activities across cost, schedule, performance, and risk.
• Collects, analyzes, and synthesizes program data from multiple sources to support metrics, dashboards, and decision briefings.
• Executes Knowledge Management strategies to ensure SPO's information is captured, stored, structured, and available to stakeholders.
• Liaises with stakeholders to identify bottlenecks and recommends workflow adjustments to optimize collaboration and boost productivity.
• Provides basic acquisition support in executing RFP and ECP contracting efforts to maximize software development and capability delivery goals.
• Works with SPO's senior leaders to allocate and disposition formal information requests via the enterprise management tool.
• Provides meeting support for SPO governance/decision forums, including real-time slide/confluence page management and minutes.
