Job summary

L3Harris Technologies is seeking an Assoc, Program Finance - Space Propulsion in Redmond, WA to support a portfolio of in-space propulsion projects. You will model program financials, analyze data, track KPIs like revenue, headcount, cash flow, and profitability while working with program leads and engineers to ensure alignment with operating plans.

Bachelor's degree candidates preferred; beginner knowledge of Earn Value Management is a plus.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to model program financials and track KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Work with program teams to manage monthly forecasts and budgets using EVM.
• Develop EACs and provide cost rationales to leadership.
• Deliver financial reporting to government customers and internal stakeholders.
• Analyze cost, revenue, cash and orders to support forecasts and profitability.
• Provide ad hoc analysis with Excel, Hyperion, and Essbase.
