Qualifications

• Years of relevant experience in propulsion or fluid systems engineering for aerospace or defense.
• Hands-on experience with propulsion or fluid system component fabrication and testing.
• Experience working to AS9100 processes and standards.

Responsibilities

• Support setup and scaling of propulsion and fluid systems manufacturing capabilities.
• Develop work instructions for assembly, integration, and testing.
• Directly support production to ensure efficient build of hardware.
• Generate and resolve non-compliance reports and conduct investigations.
• Oversee calibration of fluid ground support equipment.
• Drive process improvements to increase efficiency and reliability.
• Collaborate with design engineering for manufacturability feedback.
