The position is onsite in El Segundo, requiring strong organization, communication, and MS Office proficiency, with TS/SCI-eligible clearance preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5–10 years of executive support or office management experience.
• Experience supporting senior leaders and executive‑level customers.
• Strong organizational, scheduling, and task management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage executive calendars, schedules, action items, and taskers.
• Coordinate meetings, leadership reviews, customer engagements, and travel.
• Track deliverables, suspense dates, and program priorities to ensure timely execution.
• Prepare meeting materials, reports, briefings, and executive correspondence.
• Capture and distribute meeting minutes and action items.
• Maintain electronic files, shared drives, and documentation repositories.
• Support personnel actions, onboarding activities, and office administration.
• Interface with senior military, government, and industry stakeholders.
• Provide general administrative, clerical, and secretarial support as needed.
