Job summary

Barrios Technology Ltd. is seeking a Resource Analyst to support the MTIC contract at Johnson Space Center in Houston, TX. The role focuses on financial and workforce analysis for ISS resources, with responsibilities including budget formulation and the development of dashboards to improve visibility into data.

The candidate will work with senior management, review contracts, and help implement PPBE guidelines while collaborating in a team environment to meet tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree in a business management field or appropriate discipline plus five (5) years of relevant experience.
• Ability to communicate, both verbally and written, and present financial report and budget status to senior management.
• Experience with Business Analytical, interactive dashboard tools including the development of these tools for presenting information to stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite Applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint).
• Detail oriented and ability to prioritize multiple tasks with tight deadlines.
• Ability to work in a team environment and with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial and workforce analysis support to ISS Resources Office with primary focus on ISS Program in support of the MTIC Contract.
• Review and process contract deliverables.
• Support the implementation of ISS Program PPBE guidelines, program operating plans, and formulation of budget recommendations.
• Process purchase requests and contract funding obligations.
• Perform budget analyses in support of internal or external ISS inquiries.
• Provide detailed analysis of budget reports and develop new or non-standard reports.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and automated reporting tools to improve visibility into financial and workforce data.
• Present to Technical Lead and CAM Management.
• Support cost/schedule/technical meetings.
• Perform all other assigned duties.
