Job summary

Peraton is seeking a detail-oriented Financial Analyst to support program financial operations, budgeting, and data analysis across multiple government projects. The role requires strong Excel skills and experience with government financial processes.

You will work closely with the Program Manager to collect data, prepare spend plans, allocate resources, and generate monthly reports. A TS/SCI clearance is required, with opportunities for advancement and a focus on accuracy and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of relevant experience or Master's with 6+ years.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with ability to pass a Polygraph.
• Experience in financial analysis or government budgeting/finance.
• Strong understanding of federal financial systems and processes (e.g., DARTS, MIPR).
• Proficiency with Excel and data analysis tools.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Program Manager in collecting and analyzing financial data for RFIs related to program financial management.
• Coordinate and manage periodic data calls with Service Intelligence Centers to consolidate financial information.
• Develop and route financial documentation including spend plans, allocation tables, budget submissions, and statements.
• Compile and generate monthly financial reports detailing obligations and expenditures.
• Respond to CFO taskings and track spend plan changes and financial recording of actions.
