The Tatitlek Corporation in Huntsville, AL seeks a Director-level position to provide direct financial and programmatic advisory support across missile, aviation, sensor, and component test programs.

Responsibilities include analyzing program costs, ensuring FAR and DoD compliance, tracking performance metrics, and preparing executive briefings for Directorate leadership. Eligibility includes DoD secret clearance and strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• BA/BS Degree in a technical, science or business discipline from an accredited college/university.
• Requisite experience working in accounting or finance.
• Requisite experience providing administrative and operations support to an organization.
• Mastery of MS 365 software with a focus on MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Serve as primary contractor analytical counterpart to the Government Program Manager.
• Provide daily programmatic and financial analysis supporting the Directorate and its five subordinate Test Divisions.
• Maintain familiarity with FAR principles and DoD financial regulations to ensure compliance.
• Analyze and track financial performance of multi-million dollar test programs.
• Prepare executive-ready reports, performance metrics, and DLH variance tracking.
• Monitor funding ceilings and allocations, and perform pre-commitment validations.
