Job summary

Loft is seeking a seasoned Product Manager to own a significant perimeter within our space tech ecosystem. You will work closely with systems engineers, BD, and executives to translate what is technically possible into customer-focused requirements, and you will steer the roadmap with data-driven analysis.

You will engage with onboard AI ecosystems, partners, and customers to ensure Loft's product capabilities meet market needs while aligning with company strategy.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional experience, including hands-on product management.
• Domain experience in earth observation, embedded systems, aerospace systems, or security & defense.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.
• Proficient using and configuring Atlassian tools (Jira and Confluence).
• Willingness to travel to other Loft offices and to customers.

Responsibilities

• Understand what is possible, and turn it into requirements with engineering input.
• Translate strategic direction into clear requirements and use cases.
• Surface and shape good ideas from engineering and connect them to a product rationale.
• Define success criteria and verify them through delivery.
• Maintain a shared view of Loft's product capabilities, ongoing development, and gaps.
• Run customer discovery interviews and engage with platform partners to understand needs and constraints.
• Own the roadmap for your perimeter and base decisions on data and analysis.
• Prepare recommendations and presentations for executives.
