Job summary

ASRC Federal is seeking a Space Portfolio Solution Architect (PSA) for the Space Operating Group to drive program design, integration, and delivery across space-related federal programs. This senior role aligns architecture with enterprise standards and mission objectives while guiding capture and proposal efforts.

The Space PSA will collaborate with program leadership, engineering, and customers (AFRL, USSF, NASA, NOAA) to develop compliant, cost-effective solutions and roadmaps.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or related field; 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience leading solutions for federal government Space opportunities and proposals (3+ years).
• Experience with customers such as USSF, AFRL, NASA, NOAA or other DoD/IC Space orgs.
• Strong understanding of Systems Engineering for Space Systems, Digital Engineering, and government acquisition processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and integration of solutions across a portfolio of federal Space programs and projects.
• Ensure consistency, standardization, and reuse of architectures and technical approaches.
• Engage with customers and stakeholders to understand mission priorities and future requirements.
• Support capture, proposals, and technical writings with strategic technical solutions.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to solution architects, engineers, and project teams.
