Job summary

Travelodge Hotels - Asia seeks an experienced architect/engineer to support international and local space planning and design efforts. You will assist in cost estimating, prepare 2D presentations, and maintain precise documentation for technical projects.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s in Architecture or Engineering with 5+ years’ experience, strong English communication, and proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, or Revit. Hospitality industry experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Engineering with 5+ years experience.
• Experience in Quantity Surveying is a plus.
• 2D design proficiency; 3D tools knowledge a plus (AutoCAD/SketchUp/Revit).
• Strong architectural design and construction process understanding (local/international).
• Excellent English communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Technical Services for space planning and design and cost estimating.
• Develop 2D presentations to communicate concepts.
• Provide expertise in local and international estimates.
• Meet fast turnaround timelines for project deliverables.
• Maintain documentation and records for technical projects.
