Job summary

Asia is seeking a qualified architect/engineer to support space planning and design for international and local projects, with emphasis on cost estimating and meticulous documentation of technical specifications.

The role requires a minimum of 5 years of experience, strong English communication, and the ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines while collaborating across departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Engineering with at least 5 years work experience.
• Experience in Quantity Surveying or similar role is a plus but not required
• Proficiency in 2D and knowledge for 3D design software applications (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit) is a plus but not required
• Strong understanding of architectural design principles and construction processes both local and international.
• Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team and across departments.
• Previous experience in a similar role or within the hospitality industry is a plus.

This role will be responsible for working efficiently to meet fast turnaround timelines for project deliverables, assisting inspace planning anddesign activities, maintaining accurate documentation and records related to technicalprojects, specifications,and estimating, as wellas providingtechnical expertise andsupport to other departments as needed.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
