Job summary

Auto-Owners Insurance, a top-rated carrier, is seeking an entry level Space Planner. After initial in-person training, this role offers merit-based flexibility to work from home up to three days per week and potential travel to branches.

You will create space plan options, coordinate implementation, and maintain a library of layouts using AutoCAD while staying current with furniture systems from selected vendors. Strong reading of floor plans and communication are essential.

Auto-Owners Insurance, a top-rated Insurance Carrier, is seeking an entry level motivated Space Planner professional to join our team. The position requires the following, but is not limited to:

• Responsible for creating space plan options
• Coordinating implementation of approved plans
• Maintaining a library of current space plan layouts utilizing AutoCAD computer software
• Periodically review furniture systems from selected vendors to remain current in knowledge of available systems
• Willing to travel to branches upon request

Desired Skills & Experience

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Above average communication skills (written and verbal)
• Ability to read and interpret floor plans
• Familiar with computer software such as AutoCAD, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, ImageRight and SAP
• Competency to learn new software tools
• Ability to handle multiple assignments
