Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience influencing workflow and execution in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficient with MS Office; strong Excel/Project skills.

Responsibilities

• Create, open, maintain, and close manufacturing work orders in systems.
• Maintain Line of Balance trackers and production schedules.
• Generate daily/weekly priority dispatch lists for teams.
• Audit cross-system setups and monitor WIP dashboards for issues.
• Coordinate material kitting and verify deliveries with inventory control.
• Manage shop floor inventory and secure segregation of materials.
• Review Manufacturing Work Authorization documentation for feasibility.
• Participate in daily Gemba walks and IPT meetings to drive improvements.
• Must be willing to obtain a US security clearance.
