Qualifications

• BS degree in Computer Science or equivalent; 10+ years of experience
• Experience with C/C++/C#, Java, JavaScript, Unix/Linux, Windows, web development
• Experience with Apple device management solutions (Jamf) and supervised Apple devices
• Familiarity with virtualization technologies and Ansible for automation and configuration management
• Strong written and verbal communication and ability to work with customer teams

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Systems Engineers, Testers, Software Developers and users
• Design, implement, test, and provide user support for software features
• Interface with customers and support user community post-release
• Tackle new technical tasks through research and iterative learning
• Work independently and in a team environment
• Support Apple device management tasks across iOS, iPadOS, macOS
• Assist with ISS platform virtualization and related infra
• Contribute to automation and configuration management using Ansible
