The Office of Chief of Space Operations seeks a Program Analyst for S8PXR to support long-range planning and investment analysis. The role centers on PPBE, budget planning, and coordination with USSF and DAF leadership.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in government/DoD operations, strong written/oral communication, and leadership experience. A Bachelor's degree and familiarity with planning software are preferred.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree and some knowledge of planning and/or analysis programs and software preferred.
  • 5+ years in Government or DoD operations, planning, acquisitions, budget, and/or staff, space experience preferred.
  • Experience with DoD PPBE process and long-range planning.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills for briefings to leadership.
  • Leadership/management experience in supervising personnel and projects.

Responsabilités

  • Develop long-range investment plans and budgets for research, development, testing and evaluation.
  • Coordinate with CSRO, USSF, and DAF leadership on investment priorities.
  • Integrate service priorities into current and future budgets.
  • Engage with DoD and legislative liaisons to outline funding requests.
  • Supervise and lead office processes, plans, and tasks.
