Northrop Grumman is seeking a Space Operations Support Analyst to join our Front Range Operations and Sustainment Team (FROST) at Schriever SFB near Colorado Springs, CO. This day shift role supports the National Reconnaissance Office (NRO) and Satellite Control Network (SCN) mission needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of relevant experience or higher.
• Designing training materials (lesson plans, syllabi).
• Experience satellite operations and mission-critical software.
• Presentation, facilitation, and group engagement skills.
• Experience with cross-functional teams and external customers.
• Aligning training material with modernization and mission requirements.
• Familiar with simulation/scenario development.
• Top-Secret/SCI clearance with Polygraph at time of application.

Responsibilities

• Operations Investigations — Conduct root-cause analysis of operational issues, document findings, and recommend corrective actions.
• Operator Training Administration — Develop, deliver, and evaluate training programs for operations personnel; maintain training records and certification status.
• Course Material Review & Updates — Review and update training content, lesson plans, and instructional materials to ensure accuracy.
• Quarterly Exercise Support — Participate in planning, execution, and evaluation of quarterly mission exercises; provide console expertise and after‑action reporting.
• Ops Acceptance & Integration — Support operational acceptance testing, including hardware and software integration; validate new capabilities against mission requirements.
• Procedure & CONOPS Review — Review, update, and refine operational procedures and CONOPS documentation to align with evolving mission needs.
• SATCOM Operations — Support satellite communications operations, monitor links, troubleshoot anomalies, and coordinate with engineering teams.
• Operations Support — May be required to support live operations when mission needs arise.
• Ability to work on‑site and support occasional off‑hours training events, exercises, and rehearsals.
