Job summary

You will produce curriculum, lesson materials, assessments, and scenario-based training for operators and support personnel in a high-tempo defense space environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years applying Instructional Systems Design (ISD) methodologies.
• 3+ years in space operations or related aerospace/defense areas.
• Active Top Secret/SCI with SAP eligibility.
• Experience delivering instructor-led training to mission support audiences.
• Ability to translate complex concepts into effective training content.

Responsibilities

• Develop, update and maintain space operations training curricula aligned with requirements.
• Design ISD-based classroom, blended and hands-on training solutions.
• Plan, schedule and deliver formal and informal instruction in multiple environments.
• Lead or support curriculum working groups and training meetings.
• Create training materials, job aids, and assessments; measure effectiveness.
