Job summary

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience with network engineering or network architecture.
• Experience advising or consulting clients on network solutions.
• Experience leading high-stakes briefings via Microsoft Teams.
• Experience authoring clear, concise technical blueprints, onboarding guides, and executive summaries.
• Knowledge of enterprise networking principles, protocols, and architecture.
• Knowledge of Risk Management Framework (RMF) and NIST standards.
• Secret clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Develop, rapidly deploy, and integrate resilient space, ground, and user capabilities across the space enterprise.
• Architect, engineer, integrate, test, and deploy mission systems.
• Identify areas requiring urgent mitigation and develop advanced technology solutions.
• Lead network integration and program management in support of enterprise reviews and governance boards.
• Analyze problems, develop technical reports, and work with government and corporate executive leaders to implement solutions.
• Bridge, advance, and synchronize the SDIN and meshONE-T networking programs.
• Serve as primary advisor and technical liaison for internal programs and external Mission Partners.
• Evaluate network capabilities and select appropriate solutions for missions.
• Develop robust interconnection frameworks between SDIN and meshONE-T.
• Map underlying technology, costing models, onboarding timelines, team structures, and operational frameworks.
• Define technical requirements, operational limitations, cost-benefit analyses, and cross-network efficiencies.
• Ensure interconnected architectures meet cybersecurity risk management and authorization boundaries.
• Lead cross-functional technical discussions between SDIN and meshONE-T design and engineering teams.
• Translate network capabilities, dependencies, and constraints into guidance for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
