Job summary

The Aerospace Corporation seeks a Navigation & Systems Engineer to provide Precision Navigation & Timing (PNT) and systems engineering support for NASA SCaN programs at NASA HQ. You will perform independent architecture analyses, trade studies, and acquisition support in a high-visibility HQ task order environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline is required.
• 6+ years of professional experience in systems engineering and navigation systems.
• Experience supporting NASA/DoD or DoD-like programs is preferred.
• Demonstrated systems engineering processes across lifecycle: requirements, architecture, trade studies.

Responsibilities

• Provide systems engineering and technical integration for SCaN commercialization and innovation.
• Support requirements, architecture definitions, and trade studies for space communications systems.
• Prepare technical briefings and campaign summaries for NASA leadership.
