Job summary

Coca-Cola Consolidated in LaVergne, TN is seeking an In Space Management Specialist to set up new accounts and reset existing ones with point-of-sale materials, racks, and displays. You will deploy displays and ensure proper staging for delivery according to the plan-o-gram for each account.

Additionally, you will oversee In Market Execution and POS areas, participate in events as needed, and maintain cleanliness and order in spoke locations.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Communicates sales opportunities to the sales team or customer.
• Prepares and loads POS materials and equipment into the company vehicle for each assignment.
• Greets store contacts and reviews reset plans for racks and displays.
• Obtains sign-off on the reset request form after completing assignments.
• Maintains POS and In Market Execution areas in spoke locations, including cleanliness and inventory control.
• Reports gaps in POS delivery or excess inventory at locations.

Job Overview

The In Space Management Specialist is responsible for setting up new accounts as well as resetting existing accounts with displays, racks, and point of sale (POS) materials. This position will deploy and set up POS displays and racks as requested. This role will also oversee the POS and In Market Execution areas in each location ensuring proper staging of POS for delivery at spoke locations. This position ensures that all sets and resets they are assigned are implemented by leadership or the plan-o-gram that was developed for that specific account. The In Market Execution Reset Specialist assists with special events as requested.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Fills and adjusts shelves, racks, displays, products, and equipment and places proper POS items where requested, needed, or required
• Inspects work area for cleanliness, verify sets are in accordance with the plan-o-gram
• Communicates sales opportunities to the sales team and or customer
• Prepares and loads onto their company vehicle the necessary equipment and point of sale materials to complete the work assignments for each customer
• Greets the store contact and reviews the plans for the reset of racks, displays, and point of sale materials
• After assignments, review the complete set with store contact and have them sign off on the reset request form
• Removes and replaces any supplies and equipment that are needed to complete the reset of displays
• Will be required to maintain all POS and In Market Execution areas in spoke locations including but not limited to:
• Cleanliness of POS cages
• Disposal of Out Dates POS Materials
• Appropriate staging of POS materials for delivery
• Reports gaps in POS delivery from location or excessive inventory of POS items returned from the marke

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities

• Basic knowledge of the beverage industry
• Thorough knowledge of brand order, facing, pricing, labeling, Point of Sale (POS), rotation of product and the ability to build displays
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment (lifting 50 lbs. repetitively)
• Must have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to work effectively to satisfy the needs of a variety of customers with different demands and expectations
• Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Knowledge acquired through up to 12 months of work experience
• Driver's License
