Job summary

SpaceX is seeking an Environmental Health & Safety Specialist (Raptor/Starship) to join the EHS team supporting launch vehicle manufacturing and testing. You will review procedures, draft JHAs, calibrate safety instruments, and maintain records to ensure safe operations.

Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent with 4+ years EHS experience) and BCSP certification preferred. You will lead safety inspections, incidents investigations, and emergency planning while training teams in safe work practices in a

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 4+ years EHS experience.
• BCSP certification (ASP, CSP, SMS, OHST etc.) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform hazard assessments and draft JHAs.
• Establish maintenance for safety-critical equipment.
• Calibrate and service EHS instrumentation.
• Maintain records for IH studies, training, and permits.
• Lead incident investigations and corrective actions.
• Support emergency response planning.
• Provide safety trainings to teams.
