Job summary

AST SpaceMobile seeks a Launch Campaign Technical Program Manager to support the Launch Director in planning, coordinating, and executing satellite launch campaigns and related logistics. You will help manage schedules, risks, and readiness across engineering, manufacturing, mission operations, and service providers.

The role requires a STEM degree and 5+ years in satellite program management, with strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or STEM field.
• 5+ years of program/mission management experience in satellite launch.
• Experience with cross-functional coordination and schedule management.

Responsibilities

• Support Launch Director in developing launch campaign plans and readiness metrics.
• Coordinate activities across engineering, manufacturing, mission operations, and logistics.
• Monitor risks, prepare for readiness reviews, and maintain status dashboards.
• Assist in coordinating spacecraft transport, ground support, and launch-site activities.
• Support budget, resource, and supplier coordination for campaigns and projects.
