Riverside Research Institute seeks a full-time Intelligence Program Manager to support NSIC at Wright-Patterson AFB, OH. Lead a multidisciplinary team, refine statements of work, evaluate proposals, and assist with budget execution and contract administration.

Active TS clearance with SCI is required; strong intelligence analysis background and experience managing resources across projects are essential. Travel may be required; collaboration with DoD and IC partners is expected.

Qualificações

• Active TS clearance with SCI adjudication is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, sciences or related fields.
• Intelligence experience with the cycle analysis and production is required.
• Experience managing resources (time, people, money) to deliver tasks on enduring projects.
• Proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel; strong written/verbal communication.

Responsabilidades

• Solicit operational/technical requirements; prepare SOWs and track status from submission through award.
• Support contract administration; manage deliverables and invoicing; track obligations/expenditures.
• Assist with planning, programming, and budget execution; identify guidance and constraints.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with government/contract partners across IC and DoD.
• Coordinate meetings, working groups, or tiger teams; prepare minutes and briefings.
• Evaluate production processes, explore new mission sets, and prepare analyses of alternatives.
• Other duties as assigned.
