Job summary

Riverside Research seeks an Intelligence Program Manager to support NSIC at Wright-Patterson AFB, OH. The role involves gathering requirements, evaluating proposals, and managing contracts and budgets within a multi-disciplinary team.

Responsibilities include tracking acquisitions, contract administration, and collaboration with DoD/IC partners. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in intelligence cycle work, strong communication skills, and ability to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Active TS clearance with SCI adjudication.
• Bachelor’s in business administration, accounting, finance, engineering, computer science, physics, math, history, or related fields.
• Intelligence professional with minimum 5 years’ experience supporting all aspects of the intelligence cycle.
• Experience managing resources (time, people, money) to accomplish tasks.
• Effective/efficient written/verbal communication skills; proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Self-motivated, detail oriented, team player able to work independently with minimal direction.
• Ability to interact with technically and organizationally diverse personnel.

Responsibilities

• Solicit operational/technical requirements; prepare statements of work and submit for approval; track status from submission to award.
• Support contract administration including management of deliverables and invoicing; track obligations/expenditures.
• Assist with planning, programming, and budget execution; monitor guidance and investments by mission area.
• Cultivate and maintain collaborative relationships with government and contract partners across the IC and DoD.
• Coordinate meetings and working groups; draft minutes and briefings for decision makers.
• Evaluate existing production processes, explore new mission sets, and conduct studies or analyses; present recommendations.
• Other duties as assigned.
