Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in electrical engineering spanning system-level architecture, electronics design, and hands-on test.
• Demonstrated ownership of electronics architecture for a complex sensor or electromechanical system, including tradeoff decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own the electrical architecture for imaging payloads, partitioning the system and defining power, sensor, data, and interface electronics.
• Lead PCB design, bring-up, and qualification for EO/IR sensor systems.
• Translate sensor performance models into electrical requirements and optimize the critical path.
• Drive rapid design-build-test cycles to deliver flight-ready designs.
• Design for space environment (radiation, thermal, vacuum, vibration) and own testing to prove readiness.
• Mentor engineers and serve as a design-review anchor for the electronics scope.
• Document architectures, designs, analyses, and test results for flight readiness.
