Qualifications

• 8+ years of electrical engineering experience in system‑level architecture, electronics design and hands‑on test.
• Ownership of electronics architecture and end‑to‑end hardware delivery under aggressive schedules.
• Ability to work across multidisciplinary teams and iterate rapidly toward flight‑ready designs.

Responsibilities

• Own the electrical architecture for imaging payloads and drive key tradeoffs (COTS vs rad‑hard).
• Lead PCB design, layout, bring‑up and qualification for EO/IR sensor systems.
• Translate performance models into electrical requirements and defend critical paths.
• Drive rapid design‑build‑test cycles and ensure DFM/DFA from schematic onward.
• Coordinate with firmware, optics, mechanical and program teams, and mentor junior engineers.
• Document architectures and test results to support flight readiness.
