Ramon.Space is seeking a talented Program Quality Engineer to ensure quality and product assurance across U.S. space hardware programs from development through delivery.

You will translate customer requirements, plans, and test results into robust QA criteria and customer-ready deliverables, driving MRB activity, CAPA, and continuous improvements. The ideal candidate has 6+ years in aerospace/high-reliability quality, hands-on experience with MRB, AS9100, and data-package delivery, and strong

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering, quality, manufacturing, or related field.
• 6+ years in quality engineering, program quality, product assurance, or related aerospace/high-reliability environment.
• Hands-on experience through development, readiness, production, test, and data-package delivery.
• AS9100 knowledge and aerospace/defense quality expectations; familiarity with ECSS/NASA/MIL-STD standards.
• Experience with nonconformance management and MRB processes.
• Ability to translate requirements into build, inspection, and documentation needs.

Responsibilities

• Support quality and product assurance execution from development through delivery.
• Translate requirements into program quality criteria and acceptance criteria.
• Develop and maintain QA/PA plans, inspection points, and customer deliverables.
• Support MRAs, TRRs, PDR/CDR inputs, audits, and gate readiness activities.
• Lead or assist MRB activities and corrective actions.
• Prepare customer-facing quality records and acceptance packages.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues impacting program execution.
• Contribute to AS9100 readiness, internal audits, and process improvements.
