Job summary

Lockheed Martin Space in Colorado is seeking an experienced program manager to lead cost, schedule, and technical performance for ground support equipment design and production. You will coordinate with IPTs, manage EVMS metrics, and ensure timely delivery within budget.

Ideal candidates bring strong project management, manufacturing and ATLO experience, and must hold a US citizenship with a active Secret clearance (TS/SCI desirable).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Understanding of project management and/or earned value management.
• Experience with planning tools including Microsoft Project.
• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite applications.
• Familiarity with data analysis, metrics collection, and reporting.
• Candidate must have strong interpersonal skills and a demonstrated ability to develop and maintain strong internal customer relationships.
• Candidate must be a US Citizen with an active Secret clearance prior to start with the ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage cost/schedule/technical performance for design and production of Mechanical and Electrical GSE.
• Manage earned value performance, metrics, and reporting for multiple control accounts across the lifecycle of the contract.
• Coordinate with programs, IPTs, and supply chain to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and resource readiness.
