Job summary

Rocket Lab in Long Beach, CA is seeking a Supply Chain Intern to join a multidisciplinary team supporting sourcing, procurement, and delivery of critical hardware for space systems.

You will work with mentors, gain hands-on experience in cost reduction, supplier relations, and data analysis using SQL, Power BI, and Excel. The 12-week program starts early 2027 and offers relocation stipend and on-site benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in a bachelor’s, master’s or doctorate program in an engineering discipline, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or Operations Management, with at least one semester remaining.
• GPA of 3.0 or above.
• 3+ months of corporate function experience within the areas of supply chain.
• Able to work full-time on-site for a 12-week period beginning January, February, or March 2027.

• Work closely with mentors to apply engineering and industry concepts on real challenges.
• Collaborate with a fast-paced team to drive solutions and learn continuously.
• Attend frequent 1:1s with mentors to track progress and growth.
• Engage in tech talks and network with interns and employees.
