Job summary

Solestial, Inc. seeks a Process Technician in Tempe, AZ to build next-generation PV modules by following established manufacturing processes on manual and automated lines, including R&D to high-volume production.

You will monitor equipment, collect data, support engineers, and maintain safety and 5S standards in a Class 1000 cleanroom.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years of relevant industry experience.
• Experience in an R&D or advanced manufacturing environment.
• Ability to work in a Class 1,000 cleanroom environment.
• Strong manual dexterity and safety-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Assemble PV modules according to procedures and quality standards.
• Safely operate manufacturing tools and equipment to support production goals.
• Monitor equipment operation, process parameters, and alarms.
• Collaborate with engineers to troubleshoot manufacturing challenges.
• Maintain 5S and cleanroom standards; keep area organized.
• Support preventive maintenance and data collection for process control.
