Job summary

Solestial is pioneering the future of space-based solar power with scalable solar arrays for satellites and spacecraft. We are seeking a Process Technician to follow established manufacturing processes, operate both manual and automated production lines, and support engineers as we scale to high-volume production.

You will participate in preventive maintenance, troubleshoot equipment alarms, perform basic quality checks, and ensure safe, efficient manufacturing on our solar module line.

Responsibilities

• Follow established manufacturing processes to build solar modules.
• Support engineers during transition to high-volume production.
• Perform operational preventive maintenance on equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot intermediate-level equipment alarms.
• Execute basic quality control procedures.
• Use hand tools and production systems to keep manufacturing running safely and efficiently.
