Job summary

Leidos is seeking a PCBA Conformal Coating Technician in Huntsville, AL, to apply conformal coating on printed circuit board assemblies for military and SPACE applications. The role involves masking, coating, and post-inspection using UV and magnification tools.

The ideal candidate has a High School Diploma/GED with 1–3 years in manufacturing, US citizenship, and eligibility for a Secret clearance. This is a 2nd shift position within our Defense Systems Manufacturing facility.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 1–3 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience working in a team environment and manufacturing setting.
• US Citizen with ability to obtain/maintain a Final Secret or Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Operate automatic conformal coating dispense equipment for PCBA assemblies.
• Mask PCBA prior to coating and remove masking after coating.
• Perform UV light inspection after coating is applied.
• Inspect finished PCBA assemblies using mag lights or a microscope.
• Meet day-to-day objectives and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Other duties as assigned.
