Job summary

Leidos Defense Systems Electronic Manufacturing Facility is seeking a PCBA Conformal Coating Technician to apply conformal coating on PCBA assemblies for military and space applications.

The role involves operating coating equipment, masking, inspection under UV light, and teamwork to meet daily production objectives. A high school diploma with relevant experience, US citizenship, and eligibility for a final secret clearance are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required with 2–4 years of related experience.
• Must be able to work in a team environment.
• 1 year of experience in an industrial/manufacturing setting.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain/maintain a Final Secret Clearance.
• This is a 2nd shift position.

Responsibilities

• Operate automatic conformal coating dispensing equipment.
• Mask PCBA prior to coating and remove masking after coating.
• Inspect conformally coated PCBA under UV light and with mag lights/microscope.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
