Job summary

CesiumAstro in Austin is seeking an FPGA Verification Engineer II to advance phased arrays for satellites and aerospace systems. You will develop UVMf-based testbenches, integrate DPI-C with MATLAB/Python models, and help build CI/regression infrastructure.

The role collaborates with engineering leadership to mentor peers and improve FPGA/digital design practices, with emphasis on Xilinx tools and QEMU-RP integration.

Qualifications

• BS or MS in CS/EE/CE required.
• 2+ years in verification and automation.
• Proficiency with FPGA verification techniques and SystemVerilog.
• Experience with CI, regression testing, and Linux.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to FPGA and digital design verification, simulation, and emulation infrastructure.
• Develop and deploy CI/ regression testing frameworks.
• Create reusable UVMf testbenches and VIP modules with DPI-C integration.
• Mentor engineers on UVMf usage and FPGA design best practices.
• Collaborate with vendors and leadership to improve processes.
