Job summary

E-Space is hiring a Government Contracts Project Manager to own the integrated master schedule and end-to-end contract deliverables across space, ground, and payload workstreams. You will liaise with government customers, manage risk and cost performance, and drive reviews and milestones to ensure on-time, compliant program execution.

You’ll work in a fast-paced, matrix environment, coordinating with systems engineers and other stakeholders, and you must hold or be eligible for a US security

Qualifications

• 5+ years managing government programs in aerospace/defense or regulated environment.
• Experience executing against government agreements (OTAs, FAR/DFARS, SBIR/STTR) and deliverable management.
• Track record delivering a single program through full lifecycle.
• Experience as a customer-facing program point of contact with formal reviews.
• Ability to operate in a matrix organization and coordinate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the integrated master schedule for the program across space, ground, and payload workstreams.
• Manage contract deliverables end to end: CDRLs, milestone submittals, technical reports.
• Serve as day-to-day government program contact for cost, schedule, and deliverables.
• Track burn rate against funding and issue early warnings when they diverge.
• Maintain risk register and drive mitigations to closure.
• Lead gated reviews (SRR, PDR, CDR) with entry/exit criteria and action tracking.
• Collaborate with mission systems engineer and other stakeholders to align technical and program plans.
• Coordinate cross-contract, finance, export compliance, and security for compliance.
• Contribute to basis of estimate inputs and follow-on scope.
