Job summary

SMX is looking for an Exercise Manpower & Logistics Analyst in Honolulu, Hawaii, to support the US Space Forces Indo-Pacific. This role involves data entry for exercises and acting as a travel administrator. Candidates must have the ability to obtain a DoD secret security clearance.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate and coordinate with allies and partner nations.
• Highly organized to manage multiple processes and maintain large amounts of data.
• Experience with US Space Forces Indo-Pacific (SFI) is desired.

Responsibilities

• Accurate and timely entry of data into systems for supported exercises.
• Manage travel authorizations and vouchers for exercise personnel.
• Coordinate in-processing, training facilities, lodging, and transportation.
