Job summary

SABG seeks an experienced Training Manager in El Segundo to support U.S. Space Force organizations.

You will design and staff training programs to develop the workforce, improve performance, and ensure personnel can meet mission requirements, collaborating with government leaders, SMEs, program offices, and partners. The role is full-time exempt, requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least five years in training program management, with DoD/Space Force exposure preferred; TS/SCI clearance may be

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Organizational Development, HR, business administration, or related field.
• Minimum of five years of experience in training program management, instructional design, or workforce development.
• Experience supporting DoD or U.S. Space Force preferred.
• Demonstrated experience developing and coordinating training plans, materials, and schedules in a fast-paced operational environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support training programs designed to develop workforce capabilities and improve organizational performance across U.S. Space Force organizations.
• Assess training needs to ensure personnel are prepared to execute mission requirements and organizational objectives.
• Develop and coordinate training plans, schedules, and materials aligned with operational requirements and organizational priorities.
• Manage training resources, logistics, and scheduling to ensure effective and efficient delivery of training initiatives.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and provide recommendations for continuous improvement of training programs.
• Collaborate with Government leadership, subject matter experts, program offices, and mission partners to align training initiatives with organizational priorities.
• Document training activities, outcomes, and lessons learned to support reporting and program management requirements.
