Job summary

Solestial is seeking a Facilities Manager at our Tempe, AZ office to oversee the entire solar cell and module FAB infrastructure. You will ensure safety, reliability, and functionality of facilities, manage budgets, and collaborate with teams to support manufacturing operations. Your role will directly contribute to pioneering space-based solar power technologies.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and extensive experience managing facilities in an industrial setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in Facilities Management in an industrial setting.
• Knowledge of manufacturing equipment installation and commissioning processes.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve common issues independently.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety and reliability of facilities equipment and infrastructure.
• Manage all building infrastructure including repairs and upgrades.
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory codes and applicable rules.
