Responsibilities

• Deliver program to schedule, cost, quality and performance parameters.
• Interface with customers, vendors, and internal personnel.
• Motivate and provide leadership for broader program team.
• Manage interdepartmental requirements and resources across matrixed departments.
• Create and maintain baseline schedules, changes logs, scope and costs.
• Develop and implement proactive risk management processes.
• Lead cross-functional efforts for major program gate reviews.
• Organize and manage change control processes and support proposals.
• Experience with Earned Value Management in Cost Plus and Firm Fixed environments.
