The ideal candidate has 9+ years of relevant experience (7+ with a graduate degree) and a strong background in program management, process improvement, and ERP/data analysis tools.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, operations, business administration, or related field.
• 9+ years of related experience with a bachelor’s degree or 7+ years with a graduate degree.
• Experience in design or manufacturing environments.
• Proven cross-functional project management experience.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and data analysis tools.

Responsabilidades

• Program Management: Plan, execute, and oversee multiple operational programs, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and timely delivery of objectives.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Facilitate communication and coordination between departments to ensure seamless program execution.
• Performance Monitoring: Develop and track KPIs; provide regular reports to senior management on status, risks, and outcomes.
• Resource Management: Allocate personnel, equipment, and budget to meet objectives and ensure proper staffing.
• Risk Management: Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful completion.
• Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear communication with stakeholders at all levels.
• Budget Management: Develop and manage program budgets and ensure efficient use of resources.
• Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements using Lean, Six Sigma, or equivalent.
• Continuous Improvement: Lead initiatives to optimize processes and performance.
• Perform other duties as assigned
