Job summary

Northrop Grumman Space Systems invites ambitious students to join our Space Intern Program as Electronics Engineers in Rolling Meadows, IL. You will assist in design, analysis, or testing of space payloads and electronics subcomponents and gain hands-on experience with PCB design, simulation, and verification.

We expect full-time student enrollment for at least 10 weeks in summer 2027, majoring in Electrical or Computer Engineering, U.S. citizen, and a strong GPA.

Qualifications

• Be enrolled full-time as a student and will be enrolled for Fall 2027.
• Majoring in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering.
• Available to work full-time on-site (40 hours/week) for at least 10 weeks during summer 2027.
• U.S. citizen.

Responsibilities

• Support design, analysis, or testing of space payloads, mixed-signal electronics, and electronics subcomponents.
• Contribute to printed circuit design, simulation and analysis; acceptance and design verification testing; and data analysis.
