Job summary

Aleut Federal is seeking a Joint Warfighting Instructor/Curriculum Developer to support the 533d Training Squadron at Vandenberg Space Force Base. This role involves developing curriculum on joint doctrine and mentoring students within an indoor office environment.

The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in curriculum development, possess a Top-Secret Clearance, and be skilled in delivering instruction to diverse audiences. Benefits include health insurance and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Experience in joint planning and operations required.
• Experience in US Air Force, US Army, or US Navy preferred.
• Completion of AETC Basic Instructor Course or equivalent.
• Ability to obtain CCAF accredited BIC certification within 3 months.

Responsibilities

• Develop and instruct curriculum on joint doctrine.
• Assess and mentor students.
• Support integrated events and multi-course instruction.
• Participate in curriculum reviews and course maintenance.
• Coordinate activities with Contract PM and government personnel.

Skills

Skilled communicator

Platform instruction experience

Proficient in Microsoft Office

Top-Secret Clearance and SCI eligibility

Education

3 years of ISD-based curriculum development experience

3 years in mission area with US Government

3 years as a formal instructor or 5 years in public speaking
