Job summary

Delta Solutions and Strategies is seeking skilled CSD Helpdesk Administrators to support USSPACECOM J6. You will provide desk-side and remote support for LANs, intranets, and endpoint devices, while tracking tickets and coordinating actions across teams.

The role requires experience with classified networks and DoD disposal policies, with compensation offered for a broad benefits package. Expect an anticipated mid-June award and July/August start.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Data Science, Information Systems, or Computer Science.
• Excellent customer service skills including relationships and timely resolution.
• Ability to problem-solve creatively in time-sensitive situations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate helpdesk activities within a team to meet response times.
• Operate, maintain IT systems, infrastructure, and related software/hardware resources.
• Analyze helpdesk metrics to identify trends and improvements.
• Lead troubleshooting on military-managed desktops, mobile devices, printers, and peripherals.
• Diagnose and implement solutions for issues on SIPR, NIPR, and JWICS networks.
• Maintain endpoint management standards, imaging, and deployment workflows.
• Track and manage tickets and serve as liaison between users and capability owners.
